Pick-Up In Store:

• Certain Collections Only: Products under the "Pick-Up In Store" option are pre-purchased and must be collected at our pop-up store during HYROX Event days.
• Confirmation Email Required: Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.
• Digital Sign-Off: Customers will be required to digitally sign off upon receiving their products.
   

Delivery Timeframe:

Orders typically take 3 - 7 days to be delivered, depending on the destination. Due to ongoing improvements and logistics adjustments with our warehouse and fulfillment processes, shipping times may be temporarily extended. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure all orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery every step of the way.

Deliveries are currently limited to South Africa.

Equipment Orders:

Please note that merchandise, equipment and protein product orders are carried out separately and by different fulfilment companies. Delivery times may therefore vary.
