Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at HYROXSHOP Africa. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Customer Returns Process:


Customers must contact us via email at shop@hyroxsa.com to notify us of their intention to return or exchange an item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange in your email.


Once we receive your email, we will initiate the inbound process on our end. You will be provided with a Return Order (RO) number and the warehouse address for sending the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Items must be returned with the correct tags/labels attached and in their original packaging. Any items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning & exchanging items to us. For exchanges, an additional delivery fee will apply for the new item to be sent out.

 

Return Label:

Please note that a return label is not provided. All returning costs or any additional costs incurred must be managed by the customer.


Damaged, Soiled, or Incorrect Products:

In the event that the product you receive is damaged, soiled, or incorrect, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.

Undelivered Orders:

In the event that a package is not successfully delivered, we will try to get to the bottom of the matter and find/recover the products, otherwise we will issue a refund for the order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you receive your products hassle-free.


Refunds for Event Purchases:

Items purchased at one of our events can only be refunded on the same day of purchase. Please ensure to return the item with proof of purchase to the event location where it was originally acquired. Please ensure that the tag is still attached to the item and is not soiled or damaged. 


Difference between items sold online and those offered at events:

Our online shop offers a curated selection of products that may differ slightly from those available at events. While we strive to maintain consistency in quality and design, variations may occur due to factors such as availability of materials or unique event-specific offerings.
