How it works
- Open the yellow Rewards button (bottom-right), go to Referrals, and copy your unique link.
- Send your link to a friend — WhatsApp, email, Instagram, or anywhere else.
- Your friend clicks the link, enters their email, and receives a one-time R100 discount code.
- They place an order using that R100 code. Their completed purchase finishes the referral.
- Once their order is placed, you receive R100 off your next order.
Where to find it
The yellow Rewards button stays fixed in the bottom-right corner while you shop. Tap it anytime to open your referral link and rewards.
This opens the Smile Rewards panel directly to Referrals.

How does the Refer a Friend reward work?
Share your unique referral link with a friend. Your friend receives a discount on their first qualifying order, and once they complete their purchase, you receive your own reward.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes. You can share your referral link with multiple friends. Each successful referral can earn you another reward, subject to the programme terms.
Can I earn multiple rewards?
Yes. If multiple friends make qualifying purchases using your referral link, you can earn multiple rewards.
Can I combine multiple referral rewards on one order?
No. Only one referral reward can be used per order.
Does my friend need to make a purchase for me to get my reward?
Yes. Your reward is only issued once your friend completes a qualifying purchase using your referral link or code.
What does my friend receive?
Your friend receives R100 off their first qualifying online order.
What do I receive for referring a friend?
You receive R100 off for each successful referral.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. The referral discount applies to orders of R300 or more.
Can I refer someone who has already purchased from HYROX SA?
No. Referral rewards are intended for new customers making their first qualifying purchase.
Can I refer myself?
No. You cannot use your own referral link or create another account to earn a referral reward.
Can I use my referral reward with another discount code?
No. Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes, unless otherwise stated.
Does the referral reward expire?
No.
Where can I use my referral reward?
Referral rewards are valid on the HYROX SA online store only and cannot be redeemed at HYROX event pop-up stores.
